Room equipped with modern furniture including a flat screen TV, small fridge, and ceiling fan. A wide window adds light to the spacious rooms. Room is the biggest room in the house and it includes a walk-in closet. Renting for 1100/ month. All utilities are included, even full cable and Wi-Fi. Rental of room includes use of the rest of the common areas such as living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, large patio, and yard. House has security gates and it is located next to the entrance to highways 112, I-95 and 195. First and last month required for moving in. No short rentals, 6 month minimum. No pets or smoking allowed in the house.
