Room in Luxury Apartment in Downtown Miami

The name of the building is Monarc at MET 3. It's a new building with beautiful amenities including Pool, Gym, Pool Deck with relaxing areas, Cinema Room, Clubroom, Spa, Parking in the building (not included in rent, 100$ a month for one space), 24/7 concierge. Apartment furnished in the common areas, but bedroom furniture is responsibility of room mate. Apartment includes fully equipped kitchen with Kitchen aisle, Living room, Walk in closet, full bathroom, washer and dryer, pantry, balcony, carpet floor in bedrooms and tile floor on bathrooms and common areas, modern NEST thermostat, nice view. Building is really well located with a whole foods on site, a CVS across the building, Metro mover station 2 minute walk from the building. Parking lots, major banks, shops, restaurant, parks, etc all within five minute walking distance. 3 minute walk to Brickell. I'm a 23 year old student, I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. I'm a calm, respectful, comprehensive individual and expect the room mate to do the same. There is a few rules I have for the well being and good understanding of both room mates that must be accepted by both prior to moving in. The room is available from the 1st of August 2017 to 31st December 2018. I prefer Male, but don't mind being a girl.. Please do not hesitate to contact for any questions about me or the building.
