Double Room in 2 bed apartment in Miami

This is an office/bedroom in a 2 bedroom loft apartment in downtown Miami. It has a futon bed that fits 2 people. There is a desk, closet and dresser. The room is set up so that you can pull the futon back and have a full room backdrop for zoom calls.

We have 2 pools. One is a rooftop pool with a hot tub, there is a gym, a lounge/game room, 24 hour security and in unit washer/dryer/dishwasher. Location is central, 10 min walk to Brickell, close to Edgewater & Wynwood. There is a parking garage. We are right next to the Metromover and a few blocks from the Metrorail that goes to the airport. It is located across the street from Bayside Market and concert venue and down the road from the Miami Heat Arena and Perez Museum.
