Rent is $750 with a $500 deposit that is refundable at the end of the lease agreement. Tenant must have verifiable income. 2 people would be $950 for rent with $500 deposit. Willing to work out terms of the deposit.

Rent will be due by the 5th of each month or a $50 late fee will be applied
