I am looking for a new roommate to move in ASAP.
Utilities not included-Typically range around 100 a month so expect to pay around $1450-$1500 per month after utilities. Deposit is one month's rent.
The apartment unit is on the top floor which is the 19th floor and there is a large balcony with nice city views. The entire apartment is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with high ceilings in Edgewater right by Wynwood and Biscayne Bay. The room has its own bathroom and a walk in closet. The apartment also has a washer/dryer in the unit. The building has a Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, Sun Terrace facing Biscayne Bay, business Center, and Barbeque. Gated Parking is available for a $100 a month.
The location is centrally located near Wynwood, Brickell, Biscayne Bay, South Beach, I-95, Brightline and Metromover. It is approximately a 8 minute drive to Brickell or Wynwood, and a 20 minute drive to South Beach. There are also nearby places to eat, CVS and all the amenities are within the condo.
Ideal roommate is someone who is also a young professional, low maintenance, clean, communicative and easy to get along with.
