My house is located off of exit 5 in Homestead/Leisure city, approximately two miles from the start of the Keys, close to shopping and restaurants.
The room I have available is partially furnished, has a ceiling fan and decent closet space. Renter will have their own bathroom with cabinet and storage space. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry room and there's refrigerator/freezer space inside and on the screened in patio. I have 5 dogs ages 6 months to 13 years that are inside at night and outside during the day. They need to be introduced, but are friendly, a little nosey and act like puppies.
If you need a short term stay it will be $300 for per week.
