I offer a well kept two story property 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, conveniently located in Miami Kendall 4.5 miles away from Turnpike and a plaza at a distance of less than a mile away for shopping.

You will have:
-A spacious furnished Master bedroom, with a king size bed
-Own bathroom
-Walkin closet
-Double Desk with 2 rolling chairs great for work or to study
-Access to the kitchen, living room, and patio, just as you would in your own home.
-Washer and dryer
-A parking space right in front of the property.
-Community pool located right next to the property

(You are also welcome to bring your own furniture if you perfer, although consider that the master bedroom is upstairs)

I do ask to share a 1/3 of the light consumption with proof of the bill for transparency. I accept a short term rental from 3 to 6 months.
