Clean& cozy in little Havana

I’m looking for a clean, reliable ,responsible, preferably a woman of a particular age not too young not too old that has a full-time job you’ll have access to the entire house. We would have to share the bathroom. I also have an extra guest room in case you may have friends that want to come to visit where they can stay for short stay only, there’s a washer and dryer in the back of the building, free parking in front of building access to bakeries, fast food restaurants, shopping, malls bars, Tex, etc. nearby I hope I find what I’m looking for.
