Covid has had us change the way we do business so at this time we are only taking people that can pay for the 1st month plus 100$ administration fee After the 1st month you can pay by the month or by the week. There is a 3-month commitment. Shared rooms are 125$, $145 per person. Long-term single rooms available prices are $175.00 and up $250.00. Short Term when available Starting prices are $175.00 and up 350$ weekly. All Shared rooms come furnished with Ac, electricity, some rooms come with cable, refrigerator, laundry facilities, & centrally located next Ne 2nd Ave & 79th St close to Biscayne Blvd and 79th St mall & major bus lines 15 min from Sobe and Downtown, Close to gym, supermarket, shops and restaurants.
