Looking for a cool roommate shared apt Miami Beach

Nice apartment close to everything chill vibe, right in the heart of South Beach, Miami Beach! Rent in Miami Beach keeps going up and space is at a premium similar to New York. My roommate is moving back to France to finish school, so I am looking for my next really cool roommate. The Apartment is a one bedroom and the living room has an Asian screen doors which close and divide off the space. At first I was staying in the bedroom but since I installed the Asian screen doors, I have decided to let my roommate have the private bedroom which is almost like a mini apartment. The door for the bedroom is close to the front door so you can come and go as you please. This is just for one person but an occasional overnight guest is fine, we all need friends ;) The Kitchen and Bathroom are shared space but the bathroom is private of course. Overall the place is super chill.
