Room for rent

I'm a 47-year-old gay professional. I'm very private and keep to myself. I'm very clean and love to keep my place the same way. Currently have no pets and will consider a pet but not now. I'm renting out the spare bedroom, spacious with a closet, unfinished, and will have your own bathroom, not in the room. The house I'm renting is 3 bedrooms the third room is the office. All utilities are included with the exception of the internet. Looking for a male roommate, professional, serious, preferably gay or bi but not necessarily very important though must be respectful and open-minded. Will need to provide references, credit checks, s, and a police report.
