Private entrance Room with balcony

Looking for a roommate for the 2 bedroom apartment I live in. I?m a professional tax accountant and am extremely clean so please do not message me if you do not keep your room impecable and can agree to cleaning the common area after using it. I have a small dog(shitzu). I work quite a bit and primarily from home since Covid. I respect your space and I expect the same as well as keeping music and noise to a minimum during late late hours.
