Apartment to yourself while I’m away!

Subleasing my apartment while away for the summer. Lease from June 1st-end of October. Dogs 20lbs and under considered. Preferably a female tenant. Apartment will stay fully furnished, you’ll basically have the entire place to yourself because I will be gone for work. m for the season. All utilities are included (including WiFi), except for electricity which you will be responsible for each month. Parking included. Canal water views, super peaceful living here. Your portion of the rent is $1700 per month, and a deposit equal to one months rent is required. Must pass a background check and credit check. Looking for a kind and considerate person who will treat my home like it is theirs. Please no parties or excessive guests. Absolutely zero smoking in the home. Smart tv in living room and bedroom.
