Bedroom & private bathroom in safe gated community

The house is in a safe gated community. You will have your bedroom and your own private bathroom. The room does have a mattress and bed frame. There is a washer and dryer present. There is a nice front porch with chairs and also in the backyard as well. There is a large driveway. The house is located on a dead end street so very little traffic. I have a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks to keep the place tidy. The location is off of Ives Dairy RD Close to 95 and close to turnpike. TEN mins to Aventura Mall.
