It is a master bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room.
The room is not furnished. Rent + utilities $1,500.
The laundry room is inside the unit.
The complex has 3 swimming pools, 2 24-hour gyms, very close to Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles Beach.
About me.
- I have a full time job and I also work from home. I have a dog, he is a very sweet goldendoodle puppy and he is my best friend so you must like dogs.
- Ideally, I want someone who doesn't drink often/parties a lot and doesn't need to invite people over often/never.
I see my home as my safe space.
- I almost always like to go to bed early, so I just want someone who respects that.
- I also love doing activities, going out to dinner, etc.
