Bright spacious private room in the house

Hey guys, looking for someone to rent one room we have available here in North Miami Beach. Huge built-in closet in the room, you would share a bathroom with one other person. Large shared living room, kitchen, and huge yard outdoors with plenty of parking. There is a school right across as well as the church. Neighborhood is up and coming and very safe, security cameras outside too.
