I collect and take care of all bills. Your room is the larger bedroom/closet. Friend is taking smallest bedroom. Mine is master, with pricing split according to room type. Rest of house will be furnished with whatever stuff we have and any of your additions ok/great! Moved from NYC. best friend/roomate from Miami (used to live here 3yrs long time ago) We?re chill af. Laid back. Easy going...all those synonyms blah blah blah. Hope we?re funny lol. We make people feel comfortable. We are not scary. Home is a sanctuary no one should ever feel judged or weird or uncomfortable. Hopefully we hit it off and become friends. But eh if you just need a place to stay it?s youre life.
