Current roomate getting married and moving in with her husband. Great building and even better location. Very spacious apartment as well as bedrooms. You’ll have a private bedroom. Private (full) bathroom. Walk in closet. Access to entire apartment. Balcony. We are on the top floor of the building. We are in walking distance to shops, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. and the *beach* :). Like I said.. great location, those things are tough to find in sunny isles. I am a professional male. Work the typical 40 hours a week. I am a pretty laid back person I’ve been told. Not much bothers me. I hope to find someone who is like me. Responsible of course, and pays rent on time with no issues whatsoever. Age or gender doesn’t make a difference to me as long as I know you are a respectable, and responsible person.
