Need Roommate By October 1St, Private Room & Bath

Hi! My name is Sabrina. I’m 23 years old and I’ve been living at this apartment for a year now. My roommate is moving out and I need a roommate to move in by October 1st. I’m a paralegal and I work from 9-5. The apartment is located right by FIU and major highways. It is also less than 10 minutes from Dolphin Mall and International Mall. The apartment is two stories, with a furnished living and dining room downstairs. The room has wood floors and a private bathroom right outside the room. The apartment has a washer/dryer and the common areas are fully furnished and decorated. I have appliances like an air fryer and coffee maker that you’re more than welcome to use. I also have a small puppy, a hypoallergenic shih tzu. He’s very playful and friendly and is mostly in my bedroom.
