Room for Rent in Quiet Home (Student friendly!)

I am a nursing student looking for a roommate to share my home. I am friendly, quiet, clean, and respectful and looking for the same qualities in a roommate! I work part-time from home (due to pandemic) and a full time nursing student. I am up early for the gym and spend the rest of the day working/studying. I do not smoke, no drugs, no house parties.

The bedroom has a lock and key for total privacy. It is located on the second floor. The living areas are shared and spacious. I have provided pictures of the bedroom as well as the shared living space. The home is located in front of a park with exercise equipment and plenty of parking. The bedroom is furnished but may be unfurnished if you wish.
