Room for rent

Room is available for October. Room shares a bathroom with 1 other roommate. We are looking for a female preferred roommate between the ages of 21-40. Easy to get along with outgoing, great sense of humor, clean, no drama and no pets. The rent is $900 includes utilities and access to entire house. House sits behind McMillan middle school in a quiet neighborhood. Across the street we have Miller shopping plaza. Publix restaurants 7-11 and Marathon Gas station. Currently in the house there is 1 female and 2 males all between the ages of 23-33. We’re not just looking to fill the room. We want a roommate that’ll fit perfectly.
