Roommate wanted to share a recent renovated house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Located in Grapeland Heights, nice and quiet neighborhood 2 blocks away from Golf Course and 10min walking distance to Tri Rail Station of Miami International Airport. It is single family house in a nice and big corner lot with mature trees offering plenty of shade, nice garden and space for parking
House to share with only 4 working individuals, each one of them has their own private room. Kitchen, Living, laundry and bathrooms to share. Landscape and Internet are included. Water and Electricity to share between tenants.
We already have 3 bedrooms occupied and looking to fill the last one.
We required proof of income and photo ID before scheduling a visit.
We also require 1st month + last month and $500 security deposit to move in.
