The room for rent is large.
Queen size bed, desk and chair, dresser, TV, small refrigerator with freezer, two seat couch, large closet that runs the length of the room.
Strong intenrt signal.
Kithchen has cabinet spce for you. A shelve in refrigerator as well. Use of all kitchen supplies and condiments. As long as you clean up after yourself.
Full size washer and dryer.
Back yard is quiet and private. Large atio space with barbaque grill..
There is a vegtabe garden off to the side but needs to be replanted.
Paved parking in front of house or off the side.
Safe area but house does have a alarm.
Full gym area in back. You are free to use if you wipe down and clean after use.
I travel and not around much. Other person there works crazy long hours not around much either.

The rent covers... Internet, alarm, as well.
The water and electic are split two or three ways depending on who is at the house.

I am ok with over night guest once in awhile but not all the time, The room is rented to one person not two. Please undersatnd I hae learned to spell this out due to prior issues. Thank you for understanding.
