Hi Lite Extended Stay

Quaint, roadside motel offering apartment-style living. All rooms are month-to-month and are rented unfurnished. We are also offering 3, 6, and 9 month leases for those who qualify. We are pet friendly up to 2 pets per unit! Our building is currently undergoing a minor renovation inside and out. Once completed, we will begin construction of our dog park and outdoor picnic area. The following utilities are included in the monthly rent: electric, water, trash, parking, Wi-Fi, and in-unit pest control.

We are required to charge tax on the monthly rent until your 7th month with us unless you previously entered into a 7 month or 1 year lease. Any 7 or 12 month lease is not subject to taxation.
