You’ll be renting out one bed and you’ll share a bathroom with other roommates. The kitchen, living room, and backyard are all shared spaces just be courteous to others and make sure you clean up after yourself. Utilities are split among all renters. I have a big dog so you have to be okay with living with him. Preferred no pets or children. There’s a washer and dryer that is included in the amenities as well. Please no smoking inside the home!
