Room for Rent

We are looking for a new tenant who is professional and respectful of shared space. We like a quiet home, so no parties and No drama!!! This is a three-bedroom townhouse. The first floor has a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. Shared areas are the living room, laundry room, outdoor, kitchen, and bathroom. $750 deposit $750 first month’s rent! Your lease starts in the middle of the month; the first month will be prorated. Month-to-month lease. 3-month minimum. The right person will get an option for a longer lease. This is temporary housing for traveling nurses and individuals in transition. $750 includes utilities.
