Spare room/home has a pool

I’m a super easy going owner who’s just looking to rent out his spare bedroom. I have 1 bedroom available starting April 1st Prefer Military but open to anyone. You will share a bathroom when the other room is rented. the home does have a pool that can be used anytime. $900 a month plus all utilities included. $500 refundable deposit. High speed internet for any gamers. I do have 2 dogs who are extremely nice and love people they are very quiet and rarely bark. Sorry no other animals allowed. Quiet neighborhood very close to both bases hurlburt is about 5 minutes and Eglin is about 15 min. Beach is also about 10 minutes I’m super chill just be respectful.
