We are looking for a single person to rent a fully furnished room with a shared bathroom in a safe, peaceful neighborhood in Niceville. The room is equipped with a Bed, dresser, closet, internet, TV, and small refrigerator. You will have complete access to all the kitchen appliances and utensils to prepare your meals and your own designated space in the refrigerator and shelves for your belongings. A washer and dryer are also available, and a full bathroom is located near the room.

The house is centrally located, making it ideal for those studying at the EOD school or working at Eglin AFB. The utilities provided include water and internet, with electric utilities covered up to $275. Any excess will be divided among the roommates.
