Very. Nice clean room to rent. Long or short term. Very quiet, clean and safe environment. Located in East Orlando near UCF. Respectful and honest male senior, landlord lives in the home. 1200 month to month and 200 security deposit. There is a shared bathroom.
Room has a twin size bed. Utilities-water, electric and internet included. No cable tv here. You must provide your own Blankets, Sheets, pillows and towels. Ty.
