Master Bed+Bath Alafaya/Ucf

Master bedroom with private bathroom in a single family house owned by invitation homes. We’ve had students rent to share the room before but couples are welcome! Price is total for the room, so 571 per person rent, with utilities ranging from 90-140 a month per person. Landlord company allows pets but we don’t own any. We don’t use the living room either so feel free to make a home theater. The room is unfurnished, bathroom has a large tub with jets.
