Room for Rent

Room for rent in the desirable area of Avalon Park. The room fully furnished complete with television. You will have access to the community pool. All utilities and internet are included with the rent. The upstairs bathroom is shared amongst 2 other people. The room is for a single occupant, no pets are permitted and must work outside the home. A security deposit is required for the first's month's rent. Room tours are to be scheduled on a first come first serve basis and person must bring copy of background report in hand.
