Hi! My name is Ashley and my roommate’s name is Bryce. We’re both students and have an apartment a little less than 10 minutes away from campus. We both have cats too and are looking for a third to take the master bedroom we have beginning May 1st, however our roommate is planning to leave the last week of April so feel free to unpack early. The room has its own bathroom and very spacious private closet. We don’t have people over much unless it’s a significant other. We’re both huge marvel & anime fans. The living room and kitchen are already furnished with a projector instead of a TV! The bedroom will be unfurnished. We are not requiring any fees except for May’s rent to secure the room.
