Room for Rent/Room mate Search

• The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, my room is located on the other side of the house and you'll have your own bathroom. The other spare room can be used for whatever, I have a spare bed for a guest room and office space that you are more than welcome to utilize if you work from home.
• The house is a lake view and we have a spacious enclosed patio area to relax out on
• Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Located off of 429, Downtown Orlando is 20-25 minutes away. Roughly 30-40 minute drive from Disney, Universal, and MCO depending on traffic. If you like outdoorsy areas this is also a great place, there's quite a few parks, trails, and springs nearby if you're into swimming, kayaking, or bike riding.
• Rent is a set amount of $1150 for rent, utilities/internet. Move in date can be worked out but realistically aiming for early April. Also note that I'm not interested in doing a short term or month to month lease, I would say at least 8-12 months.

I am the owner of the house and the only person occupying it currently. I am born and raised in Florida and 30 years old. I'm a loan specialist for a mortgage company and work monday-friday, typically I'm out of the house from 7 am-6 pm most days. I don't go out on the weeknights, but I like to go out on weekends (I love music and music festivals) I have one extremely friendly and vocal cat named Gus. I am not sure that he likes dogs based off what his previous owner said but I am ok with other cats in the house. I am searching for a good roommate and want to create a comfortable environment for everyone so I am limiting my search for girls only and would like to pair with someone close to my age as well. I am LGBT friendly. I am very respectful and mindful of others and open to communicate as frequent or infrequent as you’d like. I am a people person and I love my alone time like most people lol.
