I am looking for a quiet and clean mid term renter for a fully furnished private room with a separate bathroom, located in Apopka.

I’d prefer a female renter and someone who is a working professional.
No smoking on premises and no pets please.

🛏️In room: Microwave, toaster oven, coffee bar, swifer, vacuum, smart tv, hangers, towels, etc.

🚪Access: access to kitchen, living room, laundry and full fridge in garage.

🏷️Price: $800 (electric, water and WiFi included in price). $450 refundable deposit. Background check and proof of income required.
