Separate living room, bedroom and private bath in

This is a large mobile home in a fifty five in over community. I'm looking for and prefer Christian non-smoker, not a heavy drinker. No drama. Just someone that needs to split costs. I am a senior myself and the costs are just getting too high. The room is separate on the other side of the house. So we share the kitchen, but you get your own living room. Huge living room and bathroom very clean. And a very safe neighborhood
