Looking for a night owl to be my new housemate

This is for a bedroom with a private bathroom, in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex living with one other person available on July 1 (move-in date is flexible).

Features: Private bathroom! ◈ Lawn care is included. ◈ The landlord is very responsive when repairs are needed. ◈ Neurodivergent-friendly home (direct communication, silent microwave, and lots of other things!)

There is no garage, and the driveway is only wide enough for 1 car, so we might need to get creative with street parking! :)
