RV in my yard for rent

Hello, I have a home in Christmas Florida. I have recently acquired a pull behind RV with queen size bed. I am placing it on cement in my yard next to electric and water. The RV park down the street has a place to dump the black tank, or the renter can choose to have someone come out and service the tank as needed.

I am expecting this to all come together by mid july if not sooner. I am looking for a gainfully employed or pensioner. A non smoker.
