Room for rent on Rouse road and Lake Underhill

We are 2 super laid back dudes who smoke 🍁 outside and play video games all night. We stay to ourselves for the most part and just do our own thing. I have a dog in the house already and the owner only wants this 1 dog so no more pets allowed unfortunately. Also, we only have room for 1 person for the room.
