Master bedroom for rent in Lockhart, FL

Hello! My husband and I are renting out the master bedroom and private bathroom in our home on a month to month basis. We are located in Lockhart, close to Maitland, downtown Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, and Longwood. We have a 1 year old son and two cats. Couples and/or kids are welcome, but no smoking. Shared spaces include the kitchen, laundry room, patio, back yard, dining room, and living room. The room is furnished with a queen size bed and dresser, but they can be removed if needed. Utilities are included, and there is driveway parking available.
