Hello! My name is Jasmin, I am moving to a new apartment March 16th, so the apartment will be free then. The apartment is located at 10 minutes from Winter Park and attached to the apartment is a nail salon, hair salon, restaurants and within walking distance, there’s a bunch of restaurants. There’s one other roommate that lives there she’s 26 very sweet and to herself, and has no pets. I’m taking the furniture in the apartment so you’re more than welcome to furnish the apartment however, you’d like. There’s a washer and dryer included and it is a two bedroom two bath apartment and you would get your own bathroom. There’s also conveniently a huge park within walking distance with the lake and there is parking all around the building and also a parking garage.

The lease ends in July, but you’re more than welcome to renew the lease. I can send you pictures of the room when it’s empty as soon as I move by things out.
