Top floor 13’ x 11’ w/ Private Bath in Luxury Apt

Hello, my name is David. I’m a work from home Web Developer and UCF grad. I’m offering the slightly larger Master with private bathroom as my desk fits better on the opposite side of the apartment so it makes sense logistically to do it that way. The actual total rent for the unit is $2,150 plus utilities. I do have a little weenie dog named Teddy who is incredibly friendly.
My girlfriend lives on the first floor so I will frequently be down there in the evenings. I think the top floor is a major plus as theres no potential for hearing footsteps above and I have never heard my neighbor through the wall. As stated in the title Dwell Maitland is a luxury apartment complex with a nice pool and dog park. One of the first things people notice walking into the unit is the abundant natural light as there is a huge floor to ceiling window in the living room with large windows in the rooms as well. The balcony is also nice. Great location, easy interstate access without the noise and 10 minutes from downtown. If you are into fitness Genesis Health Club aka RDV is across the street and there is a nice pond area by the Charles Schwab building you can take a stroll around very close by as well.
