Our ideal roommate is a male under 35 with a normal job. Someone that is well spoken, responsible and respectful and does not smoke or do drugs. One that does not have kids, and that would not be bringing them over to hang out. It’s Ok to have Friends come over every now and then, but not all the time. And it doesn’t matter whenever you are coming and going, late or early or whatever, just as long as you are quiet and considerate.

We have a small Papillion pup that is very friendly.
