A private entrance will be ready by April 1st. Parking for one car is available on the street. Access to the rest of the house is restricted except for the garage where the washer and dryer are located.

We are a friendly mid-aged married couple seeking a quiet, responsible tenant—ideal for a single student or professional. No drugs or consistent guests allowed. Smoking must be done outside, and unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
