Share single story pool home with traveling owner.

I am looking for a mature, quiet, independent and stable person to share my home. My work requires, a lot of travel, with my being absent a large amount of time. This is my reason for a large security deposit, The deposit will be totally refundable as long as all is returned in same condition on departure. Cable, internet, yard and pool service all provided.

The house is split with master on one side and 2 smaller bedrooms on the other. Occupant will have use of the two bedrooms and a full bath. You can use your own furniture, mine or partially yours. Likely you can bring your own bed (King will not fit well in the room) Utilities will be paid by landlord unless consumption exceeds current usage by more than 10%.

Ideally, I would like a person that is retired, or possibly very serious into graduate studies or something similar. Single occupancy only and absolutely no pets due to allergies I have. Two months notice of departure needed, by both parties.
