Moving to the Accolade Collegiate East

Hey I’m moving to the Accolade Collegiate East for Fall 2025. The apartment is a 2x2 bath and bedroom pool view which is fully furnished. The rent is $ 1375 a month and you must pay for other utilities like electricity, water, cable etc. And I am looking for a roomate must be female most importantly. Someone who is very clean and friendly. I am very extroverted so I don’t want it being someone who isn’t bubbly like me. The roommate has to be very clean just like me I’m a clean freak.
