The room is carpeted, with a walk-in closet. It is 10x11 and is able to fit a queen bed, bedside table, computer desk, and TV stand all while having enough room for a full size air mattress on the floor. There’s a window that faces the back of the complex into some trees, so it’s very private. There is no installed light fixture, however, one of the outlets is connected to the switch for ease. I have my own half bath so the only thing we’ll be sharing is the shower. The kitchen, bathroom, and common area is full equipped.

The rent includes water, heating and cooling, cable, valet trash, and 24/7 maintenance. There’s an in-unit washer, dryer and dishwasher. We have a screened in patio as well. There’s a community gym open 24/7, a community playground, dog park, pool, and soccer field.

The apartment is 5 miles away from UCF (about a 10 to 15 minute drive), 3 miles away from Full Sail (about a 10 minute drive), and 2 miles away from Valencia (about a 5 minutes drive). Downtown is only 15 to 20 minutes away, and MCO is 20 minutes.

I’m a student and full time employed. I’m queer so this is an LGBT safe space. With that being said I’m hoping for a LGBT roommate but I’m open to anyone really as long as you’re an ally! I live with my emotional support animal Cupid (a cat) that mostly spends his time playing with his toys and hiding under furniture. I keep the place clean smelling good and am very vigilant to make sure there’s no lingering smell of cat anywhere lol. While I don’t mind smoking 🍃, please smoke any cigarettes out in the patio. Im perfectly fine with visitors/guests, you could even host a party as long as you tell me ahead of time — just be responsible and keep the place tidy.
