Room 4 rent near UCF & Valencia

I have 2 rooms to rent. See photos.

We are a couple in our 20’s who purchased our home last year in Orlando, we are located around Avalon Park, Waterford Lakes, and very close to UCF & Valencia College East (about 15 minutes). Around 44 minutes average from the Disney parks, and 30 minutes from Universal. This is a room for rent within our house, it’s a spacious living area with enough room for a queen sized bed, desk, etc. 2 bathrooms up stairs, 1 downstairs. Must be willing to get a background check to be paid for by application fee of $50. My fiancé and son are going to be staying with family for an extendable amount of time to make more money, so it is a relatively quiet environment. Smoking allowed outside on the patio ONLY!!!
