Windermere/Horizon West room available!

Starting a new chapter and have lots of room- available both un/f and furnished. I have 2 rooms- rent may be less If I rent both. One room is considered a Primary bedroom with 3 windows, large walk in closet. Bathroom is large, has tub/2-sinks. Described by others as understanding, I'm an introvert and always kind and respectful of others, in all ways. I'm looking for a chill, drama-free roommate - no parties! I live a healthy lifestyle (non-smoker, social drinker, honest, physically/mentally well) and prefer a similar lifestyle but it's a no-judgment zone and I'm open to all people/lifestyles.
