Room in Winter Garden area

I own the house with my fiancé, we’re renting a room because we won’t be using it. There are 2 bathrooms, one is for our own use and one will be for your use. House has a small fenced backyard and dogs are welcome. We have a friendly yorkie that can easily accommodate to being around your dog.
