Roommate Wanted

I have a two bedroom apartment and want to find a female roommate to rent out my spare bedroom and extra bathroom. It is a spacious room with a large walk-in closet. It is unfurnished but will hold a queen sized bed, two dressers and two nightstands. The apartment is a nice size and you have access to any of the common space. The complex offers a pool, a gym, and a business center. There is also a pond. I am asking $950 plus utilities. It is available now. You do have to go through the leasing office and add your name to the lease which expires next February.
